Terms and Conditions — brlbet0: Your Rights and Platform Rules

To register and use the services of the brlbet0, the user must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age;
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold an active, valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal;
• Be the holder of the bank account or digital wallet used for deposits and withdrawals — the brlbet0 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts;
• Not be enrolled in any active sports betting self-exclusion program in Brazil;
• Not be an employee, immediate family member of an employee, or partner of brlbet0 or any of its business partners;
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.

A brlbet0 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify compliance with the above requirements. Failure to meet any condition may result in account suspension or closure, with any available balance returned following an audit.

Each user may hold one account only active on the platform of the brlbet0. Registering multiple accounts linked to the same CPF, IP address, device, phone number, or banking details is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent blocking of all accounts involved and the forfeiture of associated balances.

The user is responsible for keeping their login credentials (username and password) confidential. If unauthorized access is suspected, the user must:

• Bank slip (Boleto bancário) — processing time of up to 2 business days after payment;
• Credit card — Visa, Mastercard, and Elo, processed within up to 10 minutes;
• Debit card — instant processing on available card brands;
• PicPay — instant processing;
• Mercado Pago — instant processing;
• TED Transfer — Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, Caixa and other banks, with a processing time of up to 1 business day.

The minimum deposit is R$ 10.00 via Pix. For other methods, the minimum may vary — check the Deposits section on the platform for up-to-date amounts. There is no set maximum deposit, but the brlbet0 may request additional documentation for deposits above certain amounts, in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulatory requirements.

All deposits must be made from a bank account or digital wallet held exclusively in the name of the registered user. Deposits made by third parties will be returned and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

• The minimum bet is R$ 1.00 per selection across all available markets;
• A confirmed bet — with acceptance displayed on screen — is final and cannot be canceled by the user, except when the cash out feature is available and active for that bet;
• Odds are locked at the time the bet is confirmed, except for Live Betting, where odds may fluctuate until final acceptance;
• If a sporting event is cancelled or postponed by more than 24 hours from the originally scheduled date/time, all bets on that event will be voided and the staked amount returned to the user's balance;
• Bet results are determined based on the official outcome published by the relevant governing body (CBF, UFC, NBA, etc.) — not based on live broadcasts or other unofficial sources;
• A brlbet0 reserves the right to limit the maximum bet amount per market or per user under specific circumstances, without prior justification.

For bets on the Brasileirão, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, and other Brazilian football competitions, the brlbet0 uses the official results published by the CBF or the relevant organizer as the definitive source. For UFC and other MMA organizations, results are those officially announced by the referee at the end of the fight or by the responsible athletic commission.

A bet may be declared invalid by the brlbet0 in the following situations:

• The odds were published due to a manifest error — a clearly incorrect price relative to the market (for example, odds of 1.01 on a clear underdog);
• The event was cancelled before it started or was not completed in accordance with the sport's rules;
• There is evidence that the bet was placed using insider information or in coordination with other users to manipulate outcomes;
• The market was suspended before the bet was finally confirmed.

In the event of a manifest odds error, the brlbet0 may void the bet or recalculate the return based on the correct odds, at the platform's sole discretion. The user will be notified by email within 24 hours of the error being identified.
